You can delete your Pedung account yourself, at any time, in the app or on the web. It takes three taps and happens straight away.
How to do it
Open Settings from the bottom of your profile, scroll to Danger zone, and choose Delete account. Type your handle to confirm, and the account closes immediately.
Go to Settings — you will be asked to log in first, because only the account holder can delete an account.
If you are locked out of your account, email support@pedung.com from the address the account uses and we will handle it for you.
What is removed
- Your profile: handle, display name, bio and profile picture
- Every game you published, and the files behind them
- Your drafts, briefs and the photos you uploaded
- Your comments, likes, saves, follows and leaderboard scores
- Any uploaded profile picture, deleted from storage
Any subscription is cancelled at the same time, and credits left on the account are forfeited.
What is kept, and why
- Payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires — a receipt has to survive a refund or a query
- Moderation records where an account was disabled, so a decision can be explained
These records carry no personal profile with them: the account row itself is anonymised, so nothing in them identifies you. Our privacy policy sets out how long each kind of record lives.
